Mom's Japchae

Hi bun buns,

For as long as I can remember my mom always made this dish. It is usually her go to for pot lucks or for a quick thing to make. Never have I ever made it with her until today. So light, so easy and is good even when cold. This will be our dinner tonight with a daikon and beef soup.
